Plantar fasciitis is quickly becoming a more common condition, as we spend more time seated, wearing "heel lifted" shoes, and using irregular exercise patterns. The calves are the exact trigger points that cause PF symptoms for me. I use foam rolling and the stick (or RICE when needed) to fix it.
