Free parking is available in the rear of the building. The elevator to the 2nd floor is located opposite Capoeira Besouro and Il Forno Restaurant on the ground floor on the west side of the complex.
APPOINTMENTS:
We accept appointments only via prior arrangement and referral. No walk-ins are allowed or will be accepted.
- NO NEW PATIENTS ARE CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED WITHOUT PERSONAL REFERRAL FROM EXISTING PATIENTS. Dr. Cheng would like to apologize for the lack of availability & will update this page as soon as non-referral new patient appointments become available.
***All scheduling is done via e-mail to provide the least likelihood of missed appointments or errors in scheduling.***
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED:
We accept cash, check, and Visa/Mastercard. Payment is due immediately on rendering of services.
***Insurance payments are not accepted at this time, nor are "Superbills", invoices, or insurance coded receipts issued.***

Hours vary seasonally, as well as with Dr. Cheng's intense travel & project schedule. Thank you for your understanding. NO WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED OR AVAILABLE.
